Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold on Pixelporch are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a code or account has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incompatibility issues that were clearly stated on the product page (e.g., region restrictions, Bedrock-only notes, Steam-only warnings).

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if:

  • The code you received does not work and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
  • Your order was duplicated and you were charged more than once.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase via WhatsApp or Telegram at +213663274399. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.

PayPal Buyer Protection

All transactions are processed through PayPal. If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may also open a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Centre.
