What types of products do you sell?

We sell digital gaming products including Twitch drop bundles, Discord Nitro trials, Minecraft redeem codes, and game accounts. All products are digital — nothing physical is shipped.

How do I receive my product after purchase?

Instantly. Once your PayPal payment is confirmed, your code or account details are sent to your email and appear in your Pixelporch account dashboard. Most customers receive their product within 30 seconds of payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only. It’s fast, secure, and gives you buyer protection on every order.

Are the products legit and safe to use?

Yes. Every product is verified before it’s listed in our store. We’ve been operating for 3+ years with hundreds of successful orders.

What if my code doesn’t work?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. We’ll investigate and either replace the item or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you sell region-locked products?

Some products may have regional restrictions. Region compatibility is always stated on the product page. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing and we’ll advise you.

Is the Discord Nitro trial for new accounts only?

Yes — Discord Nitro trials are only available for accounts that have not previously activated a Nitro trial. Check the product description for eligibility details.

Is the Minecraft cape code for Java or Bedrock?

Our current Minecraft codes are for Bedrock Edition only. This is clearly marked on each product page with a “Bedrock Edition” label.
